
Dmitry Baskin, the Founder and CEO of Passive House Construction (PHC), is a trailblazer in the construction and development sector. His focus on pushing the envelope on energy efficiency and high-performance housing has heralded numerous accolades from home buyers to the media outlets. He focuses on bringing the science of building technology to the application of creating the best possible living environment.
In addition to PHC, Dmitry lends his expertise in the development and re-development of large scale hi-rise LEED certified projects throughout the Greater Boston area.
Throughout his career, Dmitry held management positions with Turner Construction, Centex Construction and Suffolk Construction for over 12 years. He has had the distinct privilege of being directly involved with large scale infrastructure projects, such as the 3 million sqft, $1.7 billion American Airlines North Terminal Development at the Miami International Airport, to 200,000 sqft LEED certified mixed-use developments in Cambridge, MA and numerous exciting and challenging projects in between.
Dmitry holds a Florida Certified General Contractor’s license and a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license. He holds a Masters in Real Estate Development (MSRED) degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA from University of Miami (UM). Dmitry has guest lectured at MIT and Roger Williams University.
